You are provided with a Propertyware portal- you will see work orders requested & when rent is paid. Your will receive a direct deposit minus invoices paid directly into your account.
|QUALIFY APPLICANTS -
Applications require two verifiable rental and current and previous employment history, plus authorization for a credit history verification and a Criminal Background check.
|INSPECTIONS - |
Your property will be inspected prior to occupancy with condition of property noted on the Move-In Condition Sheet. Upon Resident's move-out, an inspection will be made prior to return of the deposit.
|EXECUTE LEASES -
Standard updated TAA Leases are used to protect you, the Owner, while remaining fair to your Residents. If legal action becomes necessary, the TAA Lease is recognized and accepted in Court.
Your Property Manager at WEAVER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT will institute eviction proceedings, if necessary, and will appear in Court for you.
|RENT COLLECTIONS -
All monies due to you are collected by WEAVER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and disbursed to you promptly. Deposits are held in a Trust Account.

Experienced make ready operations are handled quickly and efficiently to make the vacant property ready for showing and immediate occupancy.

One Time Leasing Services
In addition to full Management Services, Weaver Property Management offers our Property Owners, who are comfortable with managing their own rental property, a one-time Leasing Service. This is a one-time service to secure an acceptable resident on your behalf.
We handle the advertising, inquiry calls, personal showings, and application verification. Upon Owner approval of applicant, all the paperwork including Lease Agreements, addendums specific to your home plus disclosures required by law are prepared for signature.
When all signatures are secured and initial deposits and rents are collected for you, the Lease Package is then given to you, the Owner, to manage your property.
