Originally licensed in 1973, Carolyn's primary focus has been the leasing and management of rental properties ranging in size and price from Residential Homes to Duplexes, Condos, Town Homes, and small Apartment Complexes.

Weaver Property Management's membership in the Arlington Chamber of Commerce keeps us abreast of the relocation of companies to the community. Our membership in both the Tarrant County Apartment Association and the National Association of Residential Property Managers assures you, the Owner, that the Lease Contracts are continually updated in accordance with the Texas Articles of Law pertaining to Owner/Tenant rights.  The Standard TAA Lease Agreements used to protect you, the Owner, while remaining fair to your residents.

Since May 1991, Carolyn and her dedicated Staff and Independent Contractors have successfully managed an ever-growing portfolio of properties.  The Company's consistent growth for both full Property Management Service and the Lease Only Service, is primarily the result of referrals from our loyal Clients.
